The heart of the village has been enhanced with 1,200 sqm of basalt stone paving and the introduction of 600 diverse plants and trees, including cypress, orange, pine, bougainvillea, jacaranda, and laurel trees.

Surrounding Dar Zefta, retaining walls have been constructed using local white stone. Local artisans were engaged for this task, ensuring the authentic charm and beauty of the village is maintained.

This endeavor showcases 18 distinct artists from the southern region, the majority of whom have local workshops. Visitors have the opportunity to tour these workshops, meet the artists, and immerse in their inspiring journeys.
Recognizing the distance to the nearest cities of Saida and Nabatieh (both 15 km away), an ambulance was acquired and refurbished for the benefit of Zefta and its neighboring areas.
