 Bahjat keeps the Foundation focused and investable—aligning partners, sharpening our programs, and making sure projects land with quality and care for place. His passion for art, architecture, and design shapes how we restore spaces and curate experiences. Bahjat is a Partner at PwC Strategy& (EMEA), advising on strategy, governance, and ecosystem building. Has led multi-stakeholder initiatives and transformational work across the region. 

 Rabih sets up the practical engines behind our work—data, workflows, funding/partner tracking—so projects run transparently and scale. An avid hiker, he field-tests our trail and nature concepts to keep them safe and sustainable. Rabih is a Solutions Consulting Director at Cupa Software, specializing in enterprise workflows and implementation. Experienced in building digital systems for accountability and growth. 

 Faycal turns ideas into deliverable programs—clear scopes, budgets, and blended-finance partnerships—so we can move fast without losing rigor. He links our skills and youth efforts to real opportunities on the ground. Faycal is Founding Partner at Euromena Consulting, focused on operating models and financing. Active with NGOs supporting the rebuilding of Lebanon’s education system and youth pathways. 

 Ghada is our on-the-ground anchor—welcoming visitors, nurturing local relationships, and shaping experiences that feel authentic and respectful. As she builds the Zefta team, she prioritizes women’s training, fair work, and progression. Ghada holds an MBA in Money & Banking from the Lebanese American University (LAU). Former Human Resources professional at a major bank; now applies HR, team development, and service standards to community and hospitality operations. 

Taymour helps design youth workshops and digital tools (maps, dashboards) that strengthen our arts and ecotourism efforts, and supports outreach with a fresh, tech-forward lens. Taymour is pursuing a Bachelor in Environmental Engineering at Northeastern University in Boston, following a CPGE STEM track at Lycée Condorcet (Paris); he worked as a Digital Services Analyst at PwC Digital in Dubai. Prior internships with NEOM OXAGON, Strategy&, and PwC UK; co-founded La Route des Arts and built a 100+ activity cultural/ecotourism map for the region

 Mohammad is our coordination lead—aligning partners, organizing fieldwork, and keeping project milestones moving with clarity and care. As he supports community engagement, he emphasizes structure, transparency, and consistent follow-through. Mohammad holds a BS in Business Administration with a focus on Marketing, Advertising, and PR, and a Master’s in Luxury Brand Management from the Lebanese American University (LAU). Trained through USAID civic engagement programs, he applies planning, communications, and service standards across our cultural and ecotourism work.
